The Siquijor Atlas costs P 800 each.  Please send us your mailing address so that we can determine how much we would be charging for the mailing of the Atlas.  It may be sent through your brother in Manila or directly to you.

Dear Lucina,

Ug ani-a man ning imong camera ako mang nadawat unya maoy imong gusto nga pakuha-an ug picture ang mga beaches diri ingon man sa yuta kaha sa batuan. Kay bisan gani ug ordinaryo nga sulat ra gani 15.00 pesos ra unsa kaha nga anaa may gama nga e-package kanang film
Dinhi lang ko kutob ug regards to everybody.

Re: Kilat family
Hi Luz,
Pardon me, but although I've lived in Siquijor (Cabulihan-Sandugan) for more than half of my life now I can't recall I know you or your Lola Garet.  I was born in 1963, studied at FU in 1980-84, went to Manila for 3 years and got
married Dec 1987 and got here in Jan 1988.

There must be a connection somehow.  How are you related with the Kilats in Bitaug? i.e., Linda Kilat, Debbie Kilat etc.
Yes, with children it is a bit expensive when you travel.  That's one reason why it was only me and our 2 younger children who travelled this time.  I'm quite fed up travelling now so we are seriously thinking that the next time we travel it will be the last as we think of going for good soon.  If God willing.
How about you?  Any thoughts of retiring in the Philippines?
Bye for now and hope to hear from you again.

Kind regards,
Lucki

Subject: Re: About the e-commerce

Hi Luz,
Sorry to take long, just get too occupied with the children and work.  They are on holiday this week so I try to get mails replied as much as I can. I do know those people you mentioned in your last mail.  I have a feeling that Nang Presca Kilat Sugabo is somewhat closely related to me because I seem to remember that she and my mother were very close before.

As far as the lot you mentioned in Bitaug, I think you better hurry and check things out there because lots have been sold and for sale all over the island now that foreigners are so interested in them.  I know for sure that many lots went in Bitaug.  I'm not saying yours was one of them because I honestly don't know where your lot is but who knows?  There are a lot of buying and
selling problems in the island now.

If you are interested,  I know of  a piece of land for sale on the beach @P300/sqm. (2,600sqmts. approx.) along Sandugan about where the boundary of Sandugan & Bitaug.  This could be a good area for your husband's sports
interests.  Only problem is the road which could later on be acquired through negotiations with the adjacent lot owners.

I have browsed through your website on lingeries, may I ask you how much does it cost you to accept credit card payment on the net?  I'm interested because we also have a little business but always thought it will cost a fortune to
have this thing set up.  Check us out on www.inks1.comand maybe we could have business with you?

Well, i think I've gone too far for now.  Hope to hear from you sometime.

Warm regards,

Lucki & family

Subject: Re: About the e-commerce

Hi Luz & family,
At last, here I am, able to jot down some words to reply my mails which have been piling for a long while now.  Football!  Jubilee! etc., etc.  they are my excuses. Anyway, thanks for the advise with regard to the e-commerce thing.  I did
get  the disk a while ago when we applied for the herbalife distribution business but, things did not work out.  Frankly, I think my learning days are over.My husband has just asked me to ask your husband if you've got the cartridges yet, if not, it should not be long now, it is on its way.

I hope that you will have success with your land back home.  However, don't  be silly and say you have no money to buy any other land.  We have no money to our names but we still manage with hardship and frustration of course but they say money can always be found.  My advise if you don't mind, is to secure land there while they are still available.  Foreigners are crazy
about buying properties there and personally, I'd sooner have Siquijodnons acquire the ownership of these properties rather than these other people. I mean Siquijodnons like you and me married to western people.

I hope that don't offend you at all.  If it does, please say so.  I do tend to give stupid advises sometimes. Bye for now and take care.  Kind regards  to your family.

 Love,
 Lucki & family

Hi Luz,
That will be fine, look forward to seeing the pages. Have you done the construction yet?

Subject: Web page

 Hi Lucki,
I am updating my website about Siquijor and would like to include a few pages about your place out there. I have already made the pages and I just want to ask you if this is ok before I upload them to the Internet. If you don't mind, I will upload them so you can see them and of course change anything you don't like.  I am trying to include as much information about the Island as I can, to get the tourists going there. Hope to hear from you soon, Luz
